MARIA STUDIOS and APARTAMENTS KEFALONIA with pool,

 are located in Agia Efimia ,a famous village near to the port of Sami.We are 300 meters from the village center ,the seafront and from the beach.In the immediate vicinity  you will find restaurants, typical taverns, pizzeria, pubs, bars, mini markets, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, coffee /bars, motor scooters and boats for hire ,first aid.

 We have 2 types of apartments :

 

1) Ground floor apartments (Classic Studios) ,composed of:

They consist of one room with the kitchenette and the bathroom.The studios are for 2/3 persons, they are fully equipped.

Bedroom with two single beds or a double bed, cot for the possible third person, equipped kitchenette, various utensils to make yourself to eat, refrigerator with small freezer, dining table, private bathroom with shower, very large terrace with chairs and tables for outdoor dining.

 

2) First floor apartments (Apartments), composed of :

Bedroom with two single beds or a double bed, cot for a possible third person, equipped kitchenette, therefore not in the bedroom ,various utensils, fridge with small freezer, diving table, private bathroom with shower, balcony with chairs and tables. From the balcony there is a view of the sea, the village and also the surrounding countryside.
